The staff here are very friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The spa itself is nice—the sleeping room with heated floors is especially relaxing. Both the steam room and sauna are clean and spacious, which I really appreciated. There’s always staff cleaning, which makes me feel comfortable and reassured about the overall hygiene of the space.

My wife and I love the Spa Palace. It truly is an incredible retreat to recover in the middle of LA. Also want to shout out your staff, particularly JJ. His customer service skills and problem solving techniques were on full display as he provided my wife and I with excellent hospitality while managing a plethora of emerging guest requests.

I’ve tried other spas in SoCal and I keep coming back to Spa Palace. This spot is open 24 hrs and and you even sleep here if you want but overnight rates cost a bit more. I usually like coming here at night time since there’s less people and it feels more relaxing. There is a private parking garage with valet if you want to valet, but there is also free parking on the side of the building. When you park, you have to take an elevator to go up to the front desk. Service here has always been friendly each time I visit. You can ask so request for a shaver and toothbrush as needed. If you are doing an overnight, they also provide you with a blanket. In the Co-Ed space: I would recommend going into the hot rooms for 10-15 mins each then go to the cold room for at least 5 minutes and rest 10-15 minutes in the co-ed area. Repeat this routine 2-3 times. The co-ed space also has a restaurant that you can purchase food and snacks from. In the Locker room: I would recommend going to the steam mist room, sauna room, rinse, then jacuzzi after. The jacuzzi has 2 heated one and a cold plunge. I would recommend 10-15 mins in the Jacuzzi, then go to the cold plunge and stay in there for a minimum of 30 seconds. Sit and rest in the room for 5-10 minutes and repeat if you want to. Usually I can't take showers or anything cold but whenever I go to Spa Palace, a cold plunge is a must! I like to end my visit here with a cold plunge then shower and go home to sleep. You will be amazed how you feel right after leaving Spa Palace since the cold plunge will actually make you feel better.

Had such a relaxing experience at Grand Spa Palace. The massage was excellent . just the right pressure and very professional. The body scrub was amazing too . my skin felt smooth, refreshed, and genuinely clean afterward. Everything was spotless, the staff was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Definitely a great place to recharge and treat yourself to a proper spa day.

Great Spa with even greater prices. For only $35 you can enjoy Co-ed pools and many rooms like a hot stone sauna or an ice cold room. Massage is extra from a deep tissue to a hot rock theyve got everything and their customer service is on point. Not to busy as well come down.

What a hidden secret in plain sight! You can spend the entire day for $35 and have a relaxing, incredible day with saunas and hot tubs. You can purchase healthy drinks or a martini or 2. Love this place!

I was here the other day, I really liked the spa! It's very big, there's a pool and a jacuzzi. It's quiet, calm and most importantly clean! I really liked the room with Himalayan salt! The food is a separate 5 stars, it was very tasty and I really liked the green juice, what you need in a spa! Very friendly staff

Stopped by for a second time while in the area- first time a few years ago. Well maintained and organized, clean and spacious. Locker rooms are equipped for shaving, hair and hygiene, everything you would expect to get ready. Except the towel situation is unclear do you ask front desk for another? I have not been able to experience the pool since I arrived out of hours, but there is a plung pool and hot tubs in the locker rooms. Uniforms provided for the mixed area. The Clay room was extremely hot and couldn't stay in for more than a minute. It is calm at night but also noticeably quiet in the various rooms, spa music would enhance the experience in those areas. I was hoping to have a nap after relaxing in the hot tub, sauna and steam room. But the "sleeping/relaxing" rooms pictured on the website were either no longer there or on the female locker side. There are only mats, which is awkward to stack to make a functional support for western nap. The loungers pictured were more for reading in the relaxation room, and the lay flat lounge was still around but just in the middle of the locker room. I asked the front desk for a blanket since I got the over night pass, and that did make it a tiny bit more comfortable for a nap once I stacked mats but I wouldn't know if that would be effective if it is a busy day. The sleep room was unfortunately off the locker room and supply closet so while the cleaning was appreciated, the noise was not. There was one massage chair room that gave a good massage for $5/10min. A good option for a quick layover or after-event stop.

We had one of the best days here! We will be back again and again! Feels like a resort. There's food, alcohol, pools, jacuzzi, lockers, showers, saunas, outdoor seating near water falls... so enjoyable. Loved it!

A great way to spend my birthday! My friend and I had the most wonderful time here. Definitely worth the price and you can stay up to 7 hours with hour service. I got the body scrub and massage and it was heaven. The co-ed areas are nice and everyone was friendly but also respectful and quiet in general. Going to make this a monthly thing
